The building itself is across the street from the courthouse, and neighboring the Life Works building (Life Works is to its right if you’re looking at my building). It is between Front Street and Rt. 67.

Take a left upon entering at the front of the building and you’ll see a sign with “Goddess Hands Massage” on the correct door.

Medical Intake

For your safety and the LMT’s safety, a medical intake is required to be filled out. If you wish to do this at the time of your appointment, please plan to arrive 10min early. Or, for your convenience please print out the following form, and fill it out ahead of time to bring with you.
