Booking an appointment is simple, and you won’t regret it! 

When you contact me for an appointment please have the following ready: Full name, phone number, your schedule.  Failure to lead with your full name may result in no return contact if you text or have to leave a message, so please don’t forget that crucial information!

New clients are required to book online and pay 50% up-front as a deposit. Returning clients who book online are subject to a $40 deposit.

Appointments must be made at least 48hrs in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts, unless otherwise posted on social media.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.

New clients are required to pay 50% of the appointment cost in advance for their first appointment only. Returning clients booking online are subject to a $40 booking fee at time of scheduling. Prepayment is processed through the online booking software.

Payment at time of service can be made with cash or credit card.

Most major cards are accepted. Cash cards work so long as they bear a major credit card logo.

 

Discounts Offered

Special discounts are offered throughout the year for certain events, be sure to check the home page to see what’s available when!

Current active military, veterans, and first responders are eligible for 10% off any service with valid ID.

Only one discount may be used at a time, unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please let me know at least 48hrs in advance so that I may try to fill your spot. A cancellation or a no-show that does not give 48hr notice may be subject to a $40 cancellation fee, at the LMT’s discretion.

The $40 cancellation fee will automatically be applied should there be no contact for a no-show after 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time.

Prepaid appointments are subject to a non-negotiable $5 cancelation fee. Fee will be deducted from refund amount.

Rescheduled [prepaid] appointments are not subject to any fees, but may only be rescheduled 3x by the client before the service will be automatically canceled and applicable fees assessed.
