Booking an appointment is simple, and you won’t regret it! There are easy ways to book an appointment with Goddess Hands Massage:
Call, Text, or Book Online

When you contact me for an appointment please have the following ready: Full name, phone number, your schedule.  Failure to lead with your full name may result in no return contact if you text or have to leave a message, so please don’t forget that crucial information!

Payment in full is required for all first-time clients prior to your appointment. A deposit of $40 may be required at the LMT’s discretion for future appointments.

Appointments must be made at least 48hrs in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts, unless otherwise posted on social media.

If you don’t get an answer, please leave a message with your name, phone number, best time to reach you at, and a brief message. I may be with another client or simply unable to answer the phone, but will respond as soon as possible!

When texting, please advise your name and your basic inquiry. I will respond as soon as I am able. Please be aware that I may choose to contact you back by phone, to the number you have texted from.

Information about Booking

Quick reference of information in regards to booking a massage with me:

  • All appointments must be booked at least 48hrs in advance. Online booking accepts appointments up to 30 days in advance.
  • First time clients are required to pay-in-full prior to their service. Any applicable discounts to you will be credited at time of service.
  • Existing clients booking online are required to pay a $40 deposit.
  • Prepaid massages are subject to a non-negotiable $5 cancelation fee, deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Please be sure to include any special information you need me to know as a note; such as pregnancy, a current injury, recent surgery, recent chemotherapy, etc.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.

New clients are required to pay in advance for their first appointment only. Prepayment will be taken either through the online booking software or Square Invoice.

Payment at time of service can be made with a personal check, cash, or credit card.

Most major cards are accepted. Cash cards work so long as they bear a major credit card logo.

Any personal checks that are returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $20 returned-check fee.

Discounts Offered

Special discounts are offered throughout the year for certain events, be sure to check the home page to see what’s available when!

If you are a current client (you’ve had one massage before in the past calendar year), you are eligible for a 10% discount on one massage during the month of your birthday.

Current BSBPA members, active military, veterans, and first responders are eligible for 10% off any service with valid ID.

Only one discount may be used at a time, unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please let me know at least 48hrs in advance so that I may try to fill your spot. A cancellation or a no-show that does not give 48hr notice may be subject to a $40 cancellation fee, at the LMT’s discretion.

The $40 cancellation fee will automatically be applied should there be no contact for a no-show after 24hrs of the scheduled appointment time.

Prepaid appointments are subject to a non-negotiable $5 cancelation fee. Fee will be deducted from refund amount.

Rescheduled [prepaid] appointments are not subject to any fees, but may only be rescheduled 3x before the service will be automatically canceled and applicable fees assessed.
