The building itself is across the street from the courthouse, and neighboring the Life Works building (Life Works is to its right if you’re looking at my building). It is between Front Street and Rt. 67.

Take a left upon entering at the front of the building and you’ll see a sign with “Goddess Hands Massage” on the correct door.

Medical Intake

For your safety and the LMT’s safety, a medical intake is required to be filled out. For all services a general medical intake is required. Prenatal and Aromatherapeutic services each also require an additional form.

These forms must be filled out a minimum of 24hrs in advance of the appointment time, or the appointment will be canceled and necessary fees assessed at the massage therapist’s discretion.
